Dr. Adrian "Dre" Ricalde DC was  fortunate to be one of the last graduating classes at Palmer West College of Chiropractic. During his time at Palmer, he was an active member of the Sports Council, a club that treated patients at various sporting events, and Palmer College Business Club, of which put together workshops and presentations to help students with the business aspect of chiropractic.

Beyond academia, "Dr. Dre" is an avid cyclist, runner and (beginning) swimmer with goals to complete an Ironman triathlon in the future. He understands the pains and experiences that the athlete goes through and experiences where "you should probably stop doing [what you love]" is not an option (unless it is an extreme case).

Additionally, he has experience in live musical performance (carrying gear and a bass for long hour sets while running around stage can add up!! -Dre), powerlifting and olympic weightlifting.

But even if you're not one of the athletes mentioned above, or even considered an athlete by any means, just living day to day, with all the stresses and things we put our bodies through daily is like a sport, and regardless of what sport you play, Dr.Dre got your back 🤙🏽
