Maintenance - $60

Great for when nothing is really hurting or just a little bit sore . This includes an adjustment and some soft tissue work (manual or percussion therapy). Usually takes around 15 minutes.

Tune Up - $120

For those times when you need an adjustment and  need some work done (i.e. working out a chronic issue, sore from an event, etc.). This includes an adjustment and  more  in depth soft tissue work (cupping, scrapping, in addition to manual/percussion therapies). Usually takes about 30 minutes.

Check Engine Light - $180

This is your initial exam where we go over what your goals are in terms of movement and recovery in addition to conducting various  tests to identify whats causing the pain/restriction. The price includes the exam ($120) and treatment ($60). These typically take about 45 minutes depending on case.

Shockwave - $160 per or $700 for 5 sessions

Shockwave is one of the newest modalities offered to help relieve pain in muscles, tendons and ligaments and promote healing of the tissues via sound waves that increase the blood flow and healing factors.  We'll be honest, it can feel uncomfortable but it is well worth the recovery.
